Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple project timelines to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion
- Assign project owners and closely monitor the progress of deliverables
- Utilize our project management system to track and manage jobs, and communicate with project team members effectively
- Coordinate with Group Manager, Agency Operations, and the Senior Event Manager to establish accurate tasks for each resource based on the request
- Set milestones and timelines for job requests and assist team members to adhere to established timelines
- Ensure job requests meet the definition of ready and clear impediments for incoming and outgoing jobs
- Work closely with clients to determine and enforce priorities that maintain the required pace and quality expectations for output
- Utilize excellent computer skills to manage tasks, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Leverage understanding and experience with a project management system (i.e, Workamajig, Asana) for efficient project management
- Employ strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent people skills for effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- Display mastery of time management, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills to ensure smooth project execution
- Work effectively under stress, in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
- Prioritize tasks effectively, relying on a clear understanding of company goals and departmental needs
- Show enthusiasm in proactively communicating needed information, issues, and solutions.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Project Manager role within the Application Service Provider industry
- Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira, Asana, and other project management tools
- Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies and Database structures
- Experience with CRM systems for effective customer relationship management
- Familiarity with EO/IR systems and About Time software
- Prior experience with Agile Scrum methodology and Budget Processes
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Experience in the Construction industry would be advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in Cross Functional Project Management
- Proven track record in handling Vendor Relations effectively.
