Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations within the healthcare setting.
- Initiate problem-solving strategies and respond to issues in a timely manner.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of HIM analysts across two shifts.
- Leverage CRM, Accounting Software Systems, and other relevant software like Allscripts, Medisoft, and EHR SYSTEM for efficient project management.
- Handle Claim Administration and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks as required.
- Ensure proper execution of billing functions and collection processes.
- Maintain and update customer records regularly.
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Healthcare/NHS industry
- Proficiency in CRM and Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with Claim Administration processes
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) practices
- Experience using Allscripts, Medical software, and Medisoft
- Proficiency in using EHR SYSTEM for efficient healthcare management
- Experience in Billing Functions within a healthcare setting
- Understanding of Collection Processes in a healthcare environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant certification or degree in Project Management or related field.
