Summary:Join our dynamic Fuse team as a Project/Program Manager II, where you'll play a crucial role in managing mechanisms to identify, prevent, and resolve discrepancies in Fuse subscriptions and invoicing data. As we expand our products and features into new markets, your expertise will be pivotal in achieving our goals for acquiring new customers through 3P partnerships. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage data reconciliation for billing and payment collection purposes, ensuring accuracy and alignment across all parties involved.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary owner and operational interface for invoicing data disputes and reconciliation issues within the Fuse team.Dive deep into billing data, both manually and using automated tools, to identify discrepancies between Fuse partner integrator and Amazon systems.Manage invoice adjustments pre and post issuance to ensure accuracy and readiness for payment.Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to determine paths to resolution and prevent repeat issues by providing relevant data and insights.Own and perform reconciliation analysis for the most complex issues.Provide support to partners in APAC/India regions with occasional ad hoc work in other regions as needed.
