Our client is a technology-driven vertically integrated real estate investment company based in New York City. The company invests primarily in multifamily assets and has approximately $1 billion across 400 properties and 2,000 apartment units in the New York City area. This role will oversee the accounting for their property management division and help support the growth of its portfolio. This person will be a key member of the accounting team and will have exposure to all aspects of the business including asset management, property management, acquisitions, development, construction, and leasing. The position will report directly to the President and the CFO and have oversight of a growing team.
