- Lead contract negotiations with pharmaceutical providers, ensuring terms align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage contractual obligations, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Address operational needs related to provider contracts, collaborating cross-functionally to streamline processes and optimize efficiencies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical providers, serving as a primary point of contact for contractual inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring contracts reflect current standards and best practices.
- Experience with contract management and negotiations
- Experience with pharmacy or healthcare
- Experience of financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel Word and Powerpoint
