We are searching for an experienced Quality Control Analyst to join our team located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role primarily involves thorough review and analysis of commercial loan activities, working closely with various departments, and ensuring compliance with established banking guidelines. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities
Oversee the accurate and timely review of commercial loan activities including advances, principal payments, reprices, settlements, and manual transactions.
Collaborate with various departments including Servicing Teams, Closing, Fraud, and Treasury Department for efficient operations.
Provide constructive feedback to Servicing Teams regarding operational market trends and correlated risk.
Initiate reviews for funding activities and manage the funding process with Corporate Treasury, syndicate lenders, and risk team.
Verify the calculation and tracking of complex interest and fee accruals at various rate levels across changing lender distributions.
Ensure all conditions precedent have been met and compliance items align with established banking guidelines for all transaction types.
Demonstrate accurate and timely completion of customer service and research in accordance with the credit agreement.
Minimize credit and business risk by adhering to procedure compliance and bank policy.
Manage pipeline of assigned transactions to be completed in a timely manner with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.
Reconcile exception reports and make system adjustments as needed.
Provide backup for co-workers and assist with various special projects or other tasks as assigned.
Participate in system testing as needed which may occur during non-business hours.
Review and approve documentation, information research, and/or Due Diligence Forms ensuring all required documents/records are complete and accurate.
Interpret and apply regulatory and compliance policies and procedures when reviewing documents to ensure internal controls and regulatory processes are implemented.
