Our firm is looking to hire a temporary attorney with approximately 5-7 years of broad commercial real estate experience including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, entitlement, construction, and loan documentation. The candidate must be articulate, personable, and a strong negotiator, and will be expected to run complex transactions on his/her/their own. Duties would include, but not be limited to:

• Draft and negotiate real estate contracts and leases for retail, office and industrial properties
• Handle all aspects of retail development projects for national developers
• Entitlement work (zoning review, applications for variances, governmental approval)
• Close commercial acquisitions and dispositions
• Due diligence/title/survey review
• Review, negotiate and close financing transactions

Ideal Profile/Top 3 Must Haves:

• 3 years of commercial real estate
• Able to work independently
• Able to manage a large number of transactions at one time
