Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal with 3 Years of Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and professional Real Estate Paralegal with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The eligible candidate should have a strong understanding of various aspects of residential and commercial real estate law. The role involves fast-paced work, requires flexibility, and demands good editing, redlining, and comparison skills. Other duties encompass document dictation, drafting deeds, and interpreting titles, without conducting any title searches.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare initial drafts of real estate transactional documents including deeds, leases, and purchase agreements.
2. Review and revise drafts of various agreements and documents.
3. Execute editing, redlining, and comparisons on a variety of legal documents.
4. Perform document dictation tasks efficiently and accurately.
5. Exhibit a thorough understanding of title interpretation—recognizing and explaining nuances and potential issues within a title.
6. Manage real estate closing logistics, prepare closing binders, and ensure all necessary paperwork as per legal guidelines is complete.
7. Facilitating communication and coordination between relevant parties including attorneys, sellers, buyers, and tax advisors.
8. Maintain excellent electronic and paper filing systems to ensure all documents are readily accessible when required.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3 years experience as a Paralegal, preferably focusing on Real Estate Laws.
2. Paralegal certification or equivalent qualification required. Bachelor's degree in law-related studies would be advantageous.
3. In-depth understanding of real estate documents including deeds, leases, purchase agreements, etc.
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other related softwares for editing, redlining, and document dictation.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
8. Flexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
9. Ability to effectively manage time, handle tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
