DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented receptionist to join our dynamic team, uphold excellent customer service standards and efficiently manage our company's front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a receptionist, be adept at multi-line phone systems, capable of screening and transferring calls promptly and accurately, comfortable with mail distribution, and able to provide general assistance to staff and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on the multi-line telephone system.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (such as pens, forms, and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries, maintaining a record of all mail distributions.
- Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or relevant client service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment like fax machines and printers.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- High school degree.
- Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, coupled with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
