DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee and coordinate the recruitment process for senior partner roles globally. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience, a strong detail oriented presence, and the ability to manage multiple complex recruitment projects simultaneously. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Search Firms: Coordinate with external search firms to fill partner roles on a global scale. Schedule and manage interviews and meetings with potential candidates. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members, particularly with Scott during his parental leave. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the team and with other internal stakeholders. Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the recruitment process for a permanent recruiter position in Europe. Manage multiple retained and contingent searches, handling various moving parts efficiently. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain a detail oriented presence and engage effectively with senior audiences. Tailor communications to partners and internal teams to ensure messages are appropriate and impactful. Operational Excellence: Ensure high attention to detail in all recruitment-related tasks and communications. Keep multiple tasks and projects on track, managing priorities effectively and efficiently. Required Skills and Experience: Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex recruitment projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills for scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups. Stakeholder Management: Expertise in engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders and partners. Ability to tailor messages to different audiences while maintaining a detail oriented presence. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring no aspect of the recruitment process is overlooked. Ability to keep track of numerous moving pieces and maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness. Qualifications: 5-8 years of relevant experience in recruitment or a similar role.
