Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Efficiently carry out data entry tasks and order entry operations
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to manage and organize data
- Maintain accurate customer records and update them as necessary
- Respond to email correspondence professionally and promptly
- Schedule appointments according to customer needs and preferences
- Resolve customer credit inquiries and manage credit applications
- Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action for delinquent payments
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in a Call Center Customer Service environment
- Ability to handle Inbound and Outbound calls effectively
- Strong skills in Data Entry and Order Entry
- Experience in Email Correspondence and customer communication
- Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience
- Ability to answer inbound calls and address customer queries promptly.
