This role will primarily focus on providing customer support, assisting with internal sales processes, and ensuring accuracy of orders in the system. You will be instrumental in verifying shipping information and ensuring prices are correct. Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional customer support and assistance• Assist with internal sales processes to ensure smooth operations• Input order information into the system accurately• Verify correctness of prices and shipping information in the system• Work collaboratively with the team to support sales across the American continent• Utilize Excel to create pivot tables and perform VLOOKUP functions• Communicate effectively over the phone with customers and team members• Take responsibility for tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach• Assist in other tasks as needed to support the sales team.
