Robert Half is Hiring a Sales Associate Near City of Industry, CA
Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer credit applications
- Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
- Address and resolve customer credit inquiries promptly
- Monitor customer credit accounts and identify any irregularities
- Take appropriate actions to collect overdue payments
- Perform account reconciliation tasks as required
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Perform data entry tasks and process invoices
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks
- Carry out all tasks while adhering to established billing procedures.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Demonstrated experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
- Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Billing experience required
- Proficiency in Data Entry
- Experience in Invoice Processing
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle software
- Experience in using QuickBooks
- Familiarity with SAP software
