Robert Half is Hiring a Sales Incentive Analyst Near San Francisco, CA

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end system testing to ensure the effectiveness of our Quote to Cash (Q2C) process, particularly focusing on the introduction of new products and services (NPI/NSI). You will play a critical role in guaranteeing that their systems function seamlessly across all Routes to Market (RTMs) and that new SKUs integrate flawlessly into our existing infrastructure.Responsibilities:Perform end-to-end system testing to validate the effectiveness of the Q2C process for new SKUs.Conduct dummy transactions across all RTMs (Routes to Market) to simulate real-world scenarios and ensure consistent system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand NPI/NSI requirements and develop comprehensive testing strategies.Execute test cases, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes.Document test results, create test reports, and provide insights to stakeholders regarding system performance and quality.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
