Responsibilities:

• Perform complex accounting analyses and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations.
• Support external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and assistance to auditors as needed.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance, highlighting key drivers and trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Assist with special projects, financial modeling, and ad-hoc analysis as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a senior-level role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
