As the Senior Advisor Associate, you will provide support for Lead and Service Advisors, including financial modeling, analysis, and research, as well as client meeting assistance and data management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in client meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Gather and input data into clients' financial plans.
- Prepare recommendations, analyses, and reports for clients.
- Conduct research on financial topics.
- Collaborate with the Advisory Team to develop strategies and improve processes.
- Contribute to presentation development and content creation.
- Engage in continuing education and mentorship.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in wealth management.
- CFP certification or demonstrated progress towards obtaining it.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, preferably in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law.
- Demonstrated personal integrity and professional initiative.
- Proficiency in in-house office systems such as Salesforce and Box.
- Experience with financial planning tools like Money Tree, NaviPlan, or eMoney.
