Robert Half is partnering with a company looking for a Senior Auditor. This is an ONSITE role in Indianapolis, IN** (with a possibility of hybrid in the future).Responsibilities, in part:*Perform financial and compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements*Develop audit programs and testing procedures to ensure thorough coverage of audit objectives*Identify areas of risk and recommend solutions to mitigate potential issues*Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, general ledger accounts, and other relevant financial data*Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance internal controls*Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices*Assist in training and mentoring staff auditors
