Growing and very successful Real Estate Development and Investment Company located in the Billerica area is looking to hire a Senior Property Commercial Accountant to their team supporting Project Managers and Finance. I’ve placed folks here before so can attest to great work/life balance, casual environment, good people to work with every day. Responsibilities include assist with preparation of financial statements, budget preparation, bank reconciliations, monthly contract billing, prepare and trend tenant bill backs including utility analysis and tenant reimbursement, acquisition due diligence and ad-hoc special projects. BS Degree is preferred with 4 years of general ledger experience with previous Real Estate Industry knowledge required. Yardi and Advance Excel skills required as well.
