Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of true financial modeling from scratch 📈
• Midstream experience 🛢️
• M&A experience 💼
• Bachelor's in finance 🎓
• Advanced Excel skills (some Power BI) 💻

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and interpret complex financial models for M&A, divestitures, and related projects.
• Present technical data and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Maintain and validate Excel-based forecast models with accurate data.
• Ensure models reflect correct contract terms and operational assumptions.
• Collaborate with managers for operating and capital expenditure projections.
• Research and document industry trends affecting volume and revenue projections.
• Develop revenue projections based on volume projections and contract terms.
• Present summarized budgets to management for approval.
• Analyze monthly budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual variances.
• Support annual budget preparation and review actual spending trends.
• Update forecasts for revenue, operating, and capital expenditure variances.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and management presentations.
