Primary Responsibilities:Prepares and monitors account analysis, operating expenses, and reconciliationsPrepares preview statements and distributes to bookkeeping to ensure the following month’s recurring charges and past due charges are accurateCalculates and records appropriate depreciation and amortization of fixed assetsPrepares journal entries and processes accounts payable for cash receiptsPrepares budgets for rental incomePrepares monthly financial reports/statements and analyzes rent schedulesRecords financial statements and prepares reports for site-level analysis and provides support for all accounting questions and reviewsCoordinates with Property Managers to ensure financial compliance with all proceduresEvaluates and prepares annual budgetsReviews expense ledgers and assists in recovery reconciliationsAssists with reconciling of balance sheets and income statementsSupervises accounting information and aids internal and external stakeholders with data reviewEnsures compliance with all loan and bond documentsAssists with maintaining records of all account receivablesAnalyzes property level balance sheets and cash flow statementsAssists with all trustee bond accounts and maintains integrity of all dataParticipates in various acquisitions processes within required timeframe and ensures compliance to all internal controls and company policiesEvaluates balance sheet accounts and evaluates property activitiesProvides support with the interpretation of complex documents for loans and agreementsEnsures compliance with all client requirements and provides support to asset managementInterfaces with building management and owner representatives on financial and operational issues
