Our client seeks a personable tax professional skilled in strategic planning, prepared to collaborate with leadership beyond traditional accounting roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for income tax returns of high net worth individuals within the firm and manage fiduciary returns for the family office as needed.
- Formulate plans and complete quarterly income tax estimates and annual extensions for individuals.
- Conduct research on tax-related issues and address tax notices.
- Support tax managers with special projects as required.
- Collaborate with the tax team on advanced modeling and tax planning initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating tax engagements with external providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA certification preferred
- 3-6 years of Tax experience, ideally from a Big 10 firm
- Background in serving Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) or High Net Worth (HNW) clients
- Strong understanding of flow-through entities
- Demonstrated professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Enjoy being hands-on and have a curious mindset
