Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to our team, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues quickly and accurately
- Utilize remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Gain proficiency with our IT systems, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Manage and maintain Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, O365, Intune and MDM software
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes
- Work closely with the rest of the IT team and other departments to identify, maintain, and document standard operating procedures
- Implement and maintain desktop hardware, software, and other systems
- Provide training and technical assistance to users on the use of hardware, software, and other systems
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the legal industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft, Active Directory, and MS Office 365.
- Proven experience with Computer Hardware, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Administration and Microsoft Exchange.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Active Directory, or other related fields will be considered as a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location.
