This role is also responsible for heavy sourcing on Indeed and handling a requisition load of over 40 positions, including skilled labor jobs such as electricians, apprentices, laborers, and site supervisors. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: • Develop and implement new hiring strategies to attract skilled labor talent.• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.• Utilize various platforms, such as Indeed, to source potential candidates.• Manage a requisition load of over 40 positions, including electrical apprentices, electricians, journeyman, laborers, and site supervisors.• Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process.• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner.• Utilize recruitment tools and systems to track applicants and maintain up-to-date records of candidates.• Address and resolve any issues or inquiries related to the recruitment process.• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.• Stay up-to-date on current recruitment methodologies and trends in the industry.
