Job Description:

You will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your strategic insight and leadership will be essential in driving the success of our clients and the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and providing strategic counsel to meet their advertising needs.
• Campaign Oversight: Oversee the development, implementation, and performance of advertising campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and timely delivery of deliverables.
• Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide regular financial updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior account managers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency or related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related discipline.
• Skills: Strong understanding of advertising principles, campaign management, and digital marketing strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
