We are looking for a diligent Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing bi-monthly payroll for a substantial number of employees, handling both salaried and hourly payments, as well as quarterly bonuses. Responsibilities:• Manage bi-monthly payroll for a large employee base• Handle both salaried and hourly payments, ensuring accurate and timely execution• Use Sage 300 for payroll management and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record keeping• Software implementation experience preferred • Comply with all state regulations and company policies regarding payroll• Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely and professional manner• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
