Robert Half is searching for a Senior Accountant with previous accounting experience who is interested in working with an esteemed Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt firm. Key parts of the role include preparing and consolidating financial statements, analyzing and reconciling accounts, analyzing cash flow, creating budgets and forecasts, preparing audits, and managing internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. In addition to excellent compensation and benefits, the company offers the opporunity to advance.Key responsibilities- Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)- Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary- Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations- Provide assistance in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external- Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP- Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process- Provide monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting- When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests- Offer involvement in various department-wide initiatives
