Robert Half is Hiring a Sr. Administrative Assistant Near Reno, NV

DescriptionWe are recruiting for an opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant in Reno, Nevada. The role revolves around providing administrative assistance to a commercial property management company, with a strong emphasis on day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and maintenance service administration. The position is within a high-paced, dynamic environment where proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Commercial Property Management will be highly utilized.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily operations by coordinating tenant requests and administering maintenance services.
  • Answer and appropriately route phone calls from tenants and vendors to the right contact within Property Management.
  • Dispatch personnel based on immediate needs and requirements.
  • Maintain an organized electronic filing system for leases, tenants, insurance certificates, vendors, buildings, drawings, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to manage documentation and correspondence.
  • Manage and update calendars as per the requirements of the Property Management team.
  • Use your skills in Commercial Property Management to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word is mandatory
  • Experience in Calendar Management is necessary to manage and coordinate schedules
  • Ability to handle Correspondence professionally and promptly is required
  • Must have good Documentation skills for maintaining and organizing files and records
  • Commercial Property Management experience is necessary for handling various administrative tasks related to commercial properties
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
