Responsibilities:• Assist in the creation and management of security measures and controls to safeguard systems, infrastructure, data, and security platforms.• Take a pivotal role in our Data Security Program, engineering the deployment, configuration, and management of data security protection technologies and data classification.• Serve as a security advisor for a variety of ad-hoc security-related projects as dictated by business and Information Technology developments.• Aid with security engineering efforts with other cyber security platforms such as Security Information and Event Management, Endpoint Detection and Response, and Vulnerability Management.• Assist in the creation and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.• Conduct evaluation and implementation of new security technologies, tools, and methodologies.• Leverage skills in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Routers, Cisco Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Design, Eigrp, Firewall Technologies, Risk Management, and IT Risk Management to perform job functions effectively.
