Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financials and metrics and understand drivers of variances compared to targets.
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting process by gathering business inputs, scrutinizing historical performance, updating inputs in forecasting software, and conducting detailed analysis of the results.
- Innovate and execute the process of consolidating data and preparing presentation materials for forecasts and the annual budget.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance leadership team to build the financial infrastructure to support the company’s current and future business requirements.
- Develop dynamic and automated reports, dashboards, and financial models for process optimizations and scale across the business.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations related to company performance and analyses around major financial drivers.
- Provide timely and insightful financial performance and metrics analysis on an ongoing basis.
- Participate as a Finance team stakeholder in various operational improvement projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to lead or provide support in reporting and ad-hoc analyses or data requests, especially in projects involving variance analysis/reporting and key metric reporting.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar capacity
- Proficient in business systems and data mining techniques
- High level of proficiency in Macros
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other Microsoft Office applications
