Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Manager with financial planning, analysis, and projections.
- Utilize data mining techniques to analyze financial data and forecast financial trends.
- Implement and manage the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline and integrate financial operations.
- Play a critical role in budget processes, including the preparation, review, and monitoring of budgets.
- Resolve financial inquiries by analyzing and interpreting data.
- Generate financial reports for management to review.
- Evaluate current and previous financial data.
- Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare company budgets.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial analyst role, preferably in the food processing industry.
- Proficient in the use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.
- Solid understanding of budget processes and financial forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to use data mining techniques effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly present financial information.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- CPA or CFA certification would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
