We are in search of a Sr. Netsuite Systems Administrator to join our team located in New York, New York. The individual will be a part of the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. The role requires expertise in software such as NetSuite, OneStream, Zuora, Concur, Coupa, PBCS, Workiva, ZenDesk, and Workato. Responsibilities:• Provide support in the company's SOX policies and procedures, which includes the management and maintenance of support tickets.• Leverage your experience in systems implementation, customizations, and administrative tasks with software like NetSuite, OneStream, Zuora, Concur, Coupa, PBCS, Workiva, ZenDesk, and Workato.• Utilize SuiteScripts 2.0 to optimize system performance and user experience.• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity.• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Technologies and Netsuite CRM to effectively perform job functions.• Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
