We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an experienced Product Manager in the pharmacy benefit management industry and revolves around managing software-oriented products, particularly in the realm of data reporting and analytics. You will be assessing existing reporting capabilities, predictive modeling, and new analytics, translating business value into user stories and requirements for the technology team to execute. This role is Hybrid, and candidates must reside in Phoenix, AZ, Providence, RI or Northbrook or Suburban Chicago, IL. There is a mandated 2-3 days onsite for all employees.
They currently have a multi-year project, and this position will assess existing reporting capabilities, new predictive modeling and new analytics that they are not currently using. The assessment will be from the business standpoint, what value it gives to their customers and clients and turn it into user stories, requirements, epics for our tech team to execute. This is why the Product Manager must be software oriented because they will build a front end of browser-based software, unique to finance, and will include numbers and the look and feel of the software.
Responsibilities:
• Assess existing reporting capabilities and generate user stories and requirements for improved business value
• Spearhead the development of new predictive modeling and analytics
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate execution of defined requirements and user stories
• Work closely with finance and other business units to assess the value of new analytics and reports
• Manage multiple software products, focusing on their look, feel, and front-end browser-based software
• Utilize various technologies including Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and other BI tools to manage and improve products
• Leverage skills in Pharmacy Benefit Management and Data Reporting to enhance product functionality and usability
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the complexity of owned products and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure efficient and effective communication with both senior and junior team members.
