Robert Half has partnered with a real estate investment firm in Centennial in search of a Sr. Property Accountant! The Sr. Property Accountant position is paying $80,000-$110,000!The Sr. Property Accountant will be responsible for the following:General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and GAAP.Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursements, and cash receipts.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights to management.Audit and Compliance: Support internal and external audit processes.
