We are inviting applications for a Staff Accountant role based in San Francisco, California. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team within the finance industry, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger duties. Please reach out if interested!What you’ll do:Ensure accurate, approved, and well-documented invoices. Handle coding and processing in Oracle EBS, navigating complex coding structures for correct financial categorization.Manage the credit card program and T& E reimbursements. Ensure timely vendor payments via checks/ACH/wires and address AP inquiries promptly.Conduct monthly vendor and bank reconciliations to catch discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records. Oversee credit card reconciliations for authorized charges.Maintain up-to-date and compliant vendor records.Support accounts payable tasks during month-end closing, including report provision.Identify and implement enhancements to finance procedures and systems.Offer flexible assistance on special projects or tasks as required.
