It requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Responsibilities:• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.• Conduct regular audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.• Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process.• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.• Support the month-end and year-end close processes.• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives.• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
