Responsibilities
- Management of accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry
- Handle expense management for approximately 20 individuals across two plants
- No payroll processing required, but will be responsible for managing two general ledger accounts
- Assist in preparing reports for the CFO
- Collaborate with an external payroll team for garnishments/tax etc.
- Provide sales support when necessary
- Daily tasks will involve a significant amount of data entry in QuickBooks, including receipt logging and tracking, invoice payments, and cheque writing.
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, and Journal Entries
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Ability to Complete Expense Reports and Coding Invoices
