Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.

• Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions align with bank statements.

• Process accounts payable, ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner.

• Prepare and record journal entries, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately reflected.

• Review financial records regularly to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure all financial operations are running smoothly.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.

• Provide support to other team members as needed.

• Assist in the improvement of financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Honours Degree in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in handling General Ledger is mandatory.

• Experience in Bank Reconciliations is required.

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.

• Capability to manage Journal Entries is essential.

• Applicant must have a strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
