Responsibilities
- Efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable (AP)
- Management and maintenance of accounts receivable (AR)
- Conducting regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Maintenance and updating of the general ledger on a regular basis
- Preparation and posting of accurate journal entries
- Actively participating in the month-end close process
- Ensuring the accuracy of customer credit records and taking appropriate action when necessary
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to accounts and transactions
