We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to management staff, ensuring the successful achievement of program objectives. Your responsibilities will include project coordination, planning, and implementation of various activities such as seminars, conferences, and workshops. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in monitoring program effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement, and maintaining liaison with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:Provide administrative assistance to management staff to support program objectives.Coordinate and participate in the implementation of various activities including seminars, conferences, and workshops.Provide work-lead direction and/or train others as necessary.Administer activities of assigned programs, including developing, implementing, and supervising related procedures and processes.Advise management on current activities and recommend solutions to identified problems.Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, recommending and implementing modifications as needed.Coordinate public or agency-facing activities including the preparation and release of documents and reports.Maintain liaison with other programs, offices, and departments to accomplish program objectives.Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditure of budgeted funds.Prepare reports and conduct analyses setting forth progress and trends.Maintain files and records pertaining to various clinical locations and the hospital.
