We are in search of a IT Professional to join our client in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining LAN systems, supporting our WordPress site, and managing databases and electronic document systems. This position also requires you to provide technical support for individual workstations and audio/visual equipment, both in-office and at offsite conferences. Responsibilities for IT Professionals:• Maintain Local Area Network (LAN) systems to ensure seamless operations• Manage WordPress site, ensuring continuous uptime and smooth user experience• Handle databases and electronic document management systems• Provide technical support for individual workstations and audio/visual equipment both in-office and during offsite conferences• Develop new systems management protocols to improve information archival, transfer, and communication among team members• Collaborate with the Education and Outreach Coordinator and program staff to support web management and communications• Actively support and manage social media accounts• Leverage knowledge of Cloud administration to manage local server and cloud networks• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to efficiently complete tasks• Create and manage presentations using graphics software programs.
