Responsibilities:• Analyzing and troubleshooting application issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions• Collaborating with internal departments to understand their application needs and provide technical guidance• Managing the application lifecycle, including installations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance tasks• Conducting thorough testing to ensure application functionality, stability, and performance• Documenting application processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference• Staying current on the latest application technologies and best practices• Participating in the creation and execution of disaster recovery plans for applications• Assisting with special projects as assigned.
