Responsibilities
- Provide world-class service to our customers via phone, email, and chat for hardware and software products
- Develop and improve knowledge of our products and related technologies
- Handle potential travel to customer sites for site surveys and implementations
- Engage in special projects related to product support
- Utilize Windows OS, Active Directory, Networking, and Microsoft SQL skills where necessary
- Resolve customer inquiries related to our products
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the team to enhance product functionality based on customer needs
- Proficiency in Windows OS
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Knowledge of Networking
- Experience with Microsoft SQL
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product support or a similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to keep up to date with new technologies and software updates
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
