Job Title: Technical Trainer and Support Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a collaborative and enthusiastic individual to join our IT team as a Technical Trainer and Support Analyst. This role is vital in ensuring our team stays on top of the latest applications and technologies. You will bridge the gap between complex systems and our users by developing clear and engaging training materials, delivering informative sessions, and providing exceptional technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and curate comprehensive training programs for various firm applications (e.g., productivity tools, document management systems, legal research platforms, collaboration suites, communication tools).
• Become a trusted resource by resolving user inquiries through multiple channels (in-person, email, phone, video conferencing).
• Develop and maintain user guides, tutorials, and other training resources for optimal knowledge retention.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and ongoing educational programs to empower new and existing team members.
• Streamline communication and collaboration by assisting with conference room technology setup (audio/video conferencing platforms).
• Maintain user workstations by performing basic hardware and software installations, modifications, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate physical capabilities to independently transport equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical training or user support role, preferably within a legal environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field (preferred).
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in various legal applications.
• Strong understanding of computer systems and their functionalities.
• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common technical problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users of all technical backgrounds.
• Customer-focused approach with a patient and helpful demeanor.
