Responsibilities
- Redefine and document current processes and procedures to enhance clarity and readability.
- Create standardized processes and documentation to ensure uniformity in content.
- Review existing content, identify duplications, and edit as necessary for clarity and conciseness.
- Organize content to enhance accessibility and ease of use for the team.
- Use various software tools, including Adobe FrameMaker and Adobe RoboHelp, to create and manage documentation.
- Leverage knowledge of database and EO/IR systems to document technical processes accurately.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite and other tools for creating and managing documentation.
- Apply knowledge of AB Testing, AP Style, and Computer Hardware in the documentation process.
- Ensure all technical writing and documentation deliverables meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to gather necessary information for documentation.
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Technical Writing.
- Proficient in Adobe FrameMaker and Adobe RoboHelp.
- Must have working knowledge of various databases.
- Familiarity with EO/IR systems is necessary.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with AB Testing is required.
- Familiarity with AP Style writing is essential.
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware is necessary.
- Must be able to deliver high-quality deliverables within stipulated deadlines.
- Must have a good sense of design to create visually appealing documents.
- Must have an in-depth understanding of Technical Writing principles.
- Prior experience as a Technical Writer is required.
- Must have experience in creating and managing Documentation.
