Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for trades roles within the machinery manufacturing sector
- Utilize Applicant Track System and Paycom for managing recruitment processes
- Conduct Human Resources (HR) administration tasks related to recruitment and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Leverage various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events to source candidates
- Conduct initial screening of applications and coordinate interviews
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate details
- Handle inquiries from candidates regarding open positions and the application process
- Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies related to recruitment.
- Proven experience in the field of Trades Recruiting within the Machinery Manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in using Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes
- Experience in using Paycom software for HR management and payroll
- Strong skills in Recruiting, able to source, screen and interview potential candidates effectively
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing recruitment trends and industry developments
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
