We are looking for a diligent Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer to join our team. The role involves managing our organization's daily cash positions, identifying and managing financial risks, and maintaining relationships with banking and financial institutions. Responsibilities:• Monitor daily cash positions and forecasts to ensure that liquidity needs are met• Identify and manage financial risks, including interest rate risks, foreign exchange exposure, and credit risks• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize banking services and fees• Develop and implement investment strategies for idle funds to maximize returns while minimizing risks• Evaluate and manage the organization's debt portfolio, including borrowing needs and debt refinancing• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury operations• Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, cash flow projections, and financial performance for management and stakeholders• Continuously improve treasury processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.• Utilize accounting software systems, including Great Plains (GPAC), IBM AS/400, Microsoft Excel, etc., to perform accounting functions, manage banking operations, and process checks and credit• Leverage strong analytical and communication skills to interpret complex financial data and manage relationships with banks, stakeholders, and internal departments.
