Job Summary:
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at National Carwash Solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual design of a strategic digital product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research & Analysis:

- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and use case scenarios.

1. UI/UX Design:

- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Create visually appealing, user-centered designs that align with brand guidelines and design standards.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.

1. Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

1. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve user experiences and streamline design processes.
- Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in product service industry.
