Job Posting: UX Designer

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Type: Contract (2-3 days a week onsite)

Rate: $40-$60 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our clients team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of user-centered and visually compelling digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the UX design team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Develop and implement UX strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UX design into the product development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and technology.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and promoting professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and thought process.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Miami 4 days a week.

The salary range for this position is $40-$60 per hour.
