DescriptionVaricent Project Manager A client of ours is looking for an Varicent Project Manager for a contract role in the Reading PA area to lead the implementation and management of Varicent projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the enterprise software industry, with specific experience in Varicent or similar sales performance management tools. Responsibilities of Varicent Project Manager
Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, and manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met without compromising quality or timelines.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of Varicent to guide project implementation, customization, and optimization to meet client needs.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Proactively address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, set expectations, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
RequirementsSkills/Qualifications of Varicent Project Manager
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
5 years of project management experience
Proven experience with Varicent or similar sales performance management platforms is a must.
Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects within the enterprise software industry.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum/Varicent testing methodologies is preferred.
