Description
We are offering an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in the Banking industry, located in Miami, Florida. This role involves providing exceptional technical support to our C-suite executives, managing and troubleshooting a wide range of technology platforms, and ensuring optimal system performance and security.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive support for Azure and Windows-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
Provide advanced support for the Microsoft Office suite, addressing any issues with efficiency and precision
Facilitate seamless video conferencing experiences by managing and troubleshooting various video conferencing tools
Offer specialized support for mobile devices, including iPads and iPhones, leveraging Intune for device management
Utilize Azure AD and JAMF to administer user accounts and manage MAC systems effectively
Maintain a proactive approach to IT support, anticipating the needs of C-suite executives and offering solutions that enhance their productivity
Experience with Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments
Provide Deskside Support to executives, ensuring their technological tools and support needs are met effectively and efficiently
Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in Citrix Technologies
Familiarity with Dell Technologies
Experience with EO/IR systems preferred
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Mac Computers
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
Experience with Active Directory management
Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Hardware
Experience in Configuration Management
Ability to handle Deployments of new systems and software
Prior experience in Deskside Support in a banking environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Relevant industry certifications are a plus
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Good understanding of banking industry practices and regulations
